I began practicing massage in 1996. I offer an integrated massage suited to your individual needs using advanced techniques to help increase vitality and stamina while promoting healthy relaxation and pain relief.
I use a rhythmical combination of various massage techniques specific to your personal needs. I combine techniques including Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Gentle Stretches, Cupping Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, and Reflexology, among others. I also offer Reiki / Energy Chakra Balancing, instructions for breathing techniques, and guided relaxation. This style of massage is very relaxing and offers tremendous therapeutic value.
