I began practicing massage in 1996. I graduated from Florida's Therapeutic Massage School in Pensacola, FL, where I studied anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology as well as the practice and implementation of many different styles of massage. I have continued advanced studies in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Medical Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki / Energy Chakra balancing, among others. I am licensed in Georgia and Florida. Member AMTA.
In addition to my private massage practice, I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Nationally Approved Continuing Education Provider for Licensed Massage Therapists.
I have a passion for helping others through the many benefits of massage, MLD, and yoga.
I relocated from Jacksonville, FL to live closer to my family in Richmond Hill. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoying all that the Savannah and surrounding areas have to offer.
