Cancellation & Refund Policy:

In order to ensure I have enough time to fill my appointments, a minimum of 24 hour notice is required to change or cancel your appointment.  Without proper notice, the full amount of the appointment will be charged. Thank you for understanding! 
ALL No-Shows will be charge regardless of reason. 
I understand plans change! While gift certificates and prepaid massages are non-refundable, they are transferable to a friend or family member. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of that prepaid session.
